ENLARGE THE PUPIL
THE SCALES FALL FROM MY EYES

On 15 June I had a great pleasure to go to Szczecin to the vernissage of the Biennial, in which I was Grand Prix awarded and as it turned out on the ceremony - prize in money from the foundation "Neptun sięgając gwiazd" as well. My time spent in Szczecin was short but thanks to the cordiality and the politeness of organisers I was shown around the most interesting places in the city. I was hasitating for a long time whether I should go into such a long travel, much adversities appeared repeatedly. Despite everything I carried out my small desire for going to this vernissage and it gave me joy and hope I needed very much. I saw plenty of amazing art pieces. I got very inspired and joyful because of art community that briskly grows. Once again I am sure that the hard work and the humbleness are bringing not only successes but also joy and the peace on your soul. You can read more about the vernissage on the websites below.

This painting is special to me as it is the first larger gift I made for my nephew. It was designed as a kind of project/toy, and there is also a book to go with it. The book contains several “find it” games, such as finding names, illusions, and objects. It also includes a crossword, several tales about characters from the painting, rebuses, etc.
It was very fun to use all the magical colours and make it so colourful. This was the first time I created a large painting for a child. The size of the canvas is 160 × 60 cm, and it was painted with oil paints.

I received an order for three portraits of two dogs, and I was very excited to draw them, especially since a chow chow had been my dream dog for a long time. The portraits were made with pencils and charcoal on 21 × 29.7 cm paper. I hope you like them as much as I do!

I received an order for a drawing based on a photo from a charity gala. What I really liked about it is that it was challenging in terms of materials and textures. It took me longer than usual to achieve a natural look. The size is 21 × 29.7 cm on paper. This was a gift for the boss of my client.

This card was made for a baby shower for my sister. All the guests signed it after the video was taken. My sister loves it so much, and it stands on her desk as a reminder of all the love the baby is already receiving from the people around her.
This was the first time I used this mechanism in a gift card, but it was definitely much appreciated by everyone who saw it. The size is 23 × 30 cm on watercolor paper.
A painting of my family's pets made with acrylics on canvas sized 50 x 70cm. I wanted to capture each pet with their personality and their attitudes towards each other. The creation is a bit overplayed as I wanted the relations and features to be a bit satire style.

An abstract painting requested as a memory path of a Foreigner life in Poland. To make it I used acrylics and watercolors on paper sized 29.70 x 42cm. The main idea was to make an abstract creation but a specific person could find her experiences captured in the abstraction.

Abstract painting ordered by a couple who wanted a surprise art work that matches their other paintings and interior. To make it I used acrylics on canvas sized 90 x 90cm. The inspiration was nature - trees, rocks, leaves, which were placed into a geometric composition. The colors are described in grays with the addition of various color elements that break the cold grays. The surprise was successful and I really enjoyed making this piece.

Another ordered abstract painting. To make it I used acrylics on canvas sized 60 x 110mm. The main idea was to design the depth creation and use colours to match the living room wall colour wall(on the picture) where it will be displayed.

A new ordered abstract painting. To make it I used acrylics on canvas sized 60 x 90mm. The main idea was to use soft design and colours to match the living room where it will be displayed.

I got another work order for a Family portrait from the same person which made me very happy that someone really enjoyed my art much enough to continue ordering.I used techniqal paper in size 420 x 297mm. I drew it with pencils and charcoal.

First order in 2020 was amazing! I created a calendar from the beginning to the end. It's very personalized creation were I created all the illustrations based on the thoughts/verses ordere decided. All the illustrations are made in Ilustrator and Photoshop.

This Christmas I was honored to create some christmas cards for a fundraising party in MDK Chorzów. All the money from selling that day went to Marta Konik who suffers from cancer to buy a new generation medicine - trabectedine.

I was lucky enough to get to work with MABI PRINT Company on creating different characters for educational purposes in working with kids. Todesign tose characters I used Adobe Photoshp and Illustartor. I look forward to work more with companies like MABI PRINT who were absolutely professional and kind.
